No obstant aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important cuidar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 amb una <strong>dieta equilibrada<\/strong>. Molts dels productes que es consumeixen avui dia porten additius i altres subst\u00e0ncies que poden ser perjudicials per al cos, i fins i tot generar addicci\u00f3.   <\/p>\n<p>El <strong>desig de sucre<\/strong> \u00e9s produ\u00eft habitualment per situacions en qu\u00e8 hi ha un dejuni durant diverses hores, un alt nivell d&#8217;estr\u00e8s o una dieta restrictiva.
