It is a substance that is frequently combined with other <strong>drugs<\/strong>. It began to be used in party settings and <strong>nightclubs<\/strong>, and it is generally used by young people.  <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In this way, MDMA is frequently used in hot environments during physical activities, such as dancing. When this happens, this <strong>drug<\/strong> can cause hyperthermia in <strong>young people<\/strong>, that is, an increase in body temperature. This means the body cannot regulate its temperature effectively, and this situation requires immediate medical attention. Otherwise, it can cause <strong>brain swelling<\/strong>, as in heatstroke.   <\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it also causes <strong>dehydration<\/strong> and leads to consuming a large amount of fluid. But <strong>MDMA<\/strong> causes the body to retain water, which can increase brain swelling. <\/p>\n<p>Continued use can cause <strong>brain damage<\/strong>. It stimulates mood, causing negative psychological effects that may be experienced days after <strong>using<\/strong> the substance.
