Not to mention devices created for this purpose, of course. <strong>The unstoppable rise of the internet due to its omnipresence has led to fears<\/strong> that a growing number of people are unable to manage without regularly accessing the network. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Some people &#8220;live online&#8221; almost 24 hours a day. Permanently connected to WhatsApp, social networks, or other applications. In this way, they develop a habit that can become problematic. One of the main negative effects warned by experts is <strong>the difficulty in coping with daily activities<\/strong>.
